EverSealed was created to give meaningful handwritten words a safer journey.
You may want beautiful materials for a letter you will give or send yourself. You may want to capture how life feels today and have your message delivered on a future birthday or milestone. Or you may want to leave private words for the people you love to receive when they may need them most.
EverSealed gives you three ways to do this:

Writing Kits – premium materials for letters you write, keep or send yourself.

Time Capsule Letters – sealed handwritten letters preserved by EverSealed and delivered at a future time you choose.

Legacy Letters – sealed handwritten letters preserved for long-term storage and released to your chosen recipients following the required future verification.
Each service has a different purpose, allowing you to choose the journey that feels right for your message.
1. Writing Kits
Some Words Deserve More Than a Screen
A text message is convenient, but it cannot carry your handwriting, the movement of your pen or the feeling of holding something created by you.
An EverSealed Writing Kit provides beautiful, high-quality materials for writing a physical letter in your own time and in your own words.
EverSealed currently offers Classic and Romantic Writing Kit options containing premium letter-writing materials, including archival-quality cotton paper and an envelope.
How a Writing Kit Works

A Writing Kit purchased by itself does not include EverSealed storage or future delivery.

2. Time Capsule Letters

Imagine your child opening a letter on a future birthday and recognising your handwriting from years before. Or imagine your future self holding a message written during a completely different chapter of your life.
The paper may have aged and life may have changed, but the words inside will still carry the thoughts, memories and emotions you felt when you wrote them.
A Time Capsule Letter allows you to preserve that moment now and choose when your sealed handwritten message should continue its journey.

Custom Date
For the 1-Year, 3-Year, 5-Year and 10-Year options, the selected period begins on the date the order is placed. Please return your sealed letter promptly, as a late return will not extend the scheduled delivery date.
With the Custom Date option, you choose the specific future date connected to your letter.
How a Time Capsule Letter Works
Step 1 – Choose the Future Moment
Select 1, 3, 5 or 10 years, or choose a specific Custom Date.
Step 2 – Place Your Order
Provide the recipient’s name and the information required for future delivery.
Your order number also becomes the EverSealed reference number connected to your stored letter.
Step 3 – Write Your Letter
Use your own paper and envelope or purchase an EverSealed Writing Kit separately.
Write privately and honestly. EverSealed does not need to know what you have written.
Step 4 – Seal and Identify Your Letter
Place your completed letter inside an envelope and seal it securely.
Clearly write the following information on the outside of the sealed envelope:

Your EverSealed order number

The recipient’s full name
You do not need to print or include a separate identification form.
These details allow us to match your sealed letter to the correct order without opening or reading it.
Step 5 – Prepare It for Return
Place the sealed recipient envelope inside a separate outer envelope or suitable protective mailing package.
Attach postage only to the outer mailing package, not to the sealed envelope intended for the future recipient.
Step 6 – Return It to EverSealed
You are responsible for the postage to send your Time Capsule letter to EverSealed. A prepaid return label is not included.
Address the outer mailing package to EverSealed using the posting address on the Time Capsule product page, add your order number, pay the postage and keep proof of posting. Please send your sealed letter promptly.
Step 7 – We Register and Preserve It
When your package arrives, we remove the sealed recipient letter from the outer packaging and match it to the correct order using the order number and recipient’s name written on it.
The original sealed letter is then registered and placed into protected physical storage.
EverSealed does not open, read, scan or copy its contents.
Step 8 – Keep the Delivery Details Current
Years may pass between writing and delivery.
If the recipient moves or their contact details change, contact EverSealed using your order/reference number so that the delivery record can be updated.
Step 9 – The Chosen Moment Arrives
When the scheduled time arrives, EverSealed prepares and dispatches the original sealed letter using the most recent valid recipient information held for it.
The recipient receives the physical message exactly as you prepared it: handwritten, personal and sealed.
No Monthly Legacy Subscription
Time Capsule Letters do not require the ongoing monthly preservation subscription used for Legacy Letters.
The service is purchased according to the Time Capsule option selected.
Some moments pass too quickly. A Time Capsule Letter allows a small part of that moment to remain—and ensures it can be found when the right time arrives.
3. Legacy Letters
Leave Your Words for the People Who Matter Most
Some feelings are difficult to say aloud. We may not find the right moment to tell someone how much they mean to us, which memories we treasure or what we hope they will always remember.
A Legacy Letter gives you the privacy and time to write those words now.
You may leave a family story, reassurance, advice, a special memory, something you never found the right moment to say or simply a reminder of how deeply someone was loved.
Your recipients do not need to know that you have written a Legacy Letter. You may tell them if you wish or keep it completely private.
Unlike a Time Capsule Letter, a Legacy Letter does not have a fixed delivery date. It remains protected until the required future release conditions have been successfully verified.
You write the letter now.
You choose who it belongs to.
EverSealed protects it until the time comes for that person to receive it.

Each letter can be written for a different recipient, such as your partner, children, grandchildren or other important people in your life.
How the Legacy Letter Service Works
Step 1 – Choose the Number of Letters
Select the number of Legacy Letters you wish to preserve.
Your monthly preservation subscription is based on the option selected and begins when the order is placed.
Step 2 – Create or Use Your EverSealed Account
Your customer account and permanent order/reference number keep your letters, recipients, verification contacts and future updates connected to the correct archive record.
Please keep your EverSealed reference number safe.
Step 3 – Add Your Recipients
Provide the required details for each person who should eventually receive a letter.
Each letter has its own recipient record, and the recipient’s details can be updated later.
Step 4 – Nominate Verification Contacts
Every Legacy service requires at least one verification contact, and you may nominate up to five.
Verification contacts may help EverSealed confirm when the future release process should begin. They do not automatically receive your letters and never receive access to their contents.
A letter is not released simply because someone contacts EverSealed. The required verification must be completed first.

Step 5 – Receive Your Preparation Package
EverSealed sends a preparation package suitable for the number of letters selected.
Depending on your chosen service, the package includes:

Secure outer return packaging

A prepaid return label
Step 6 – Write Privately
Take your time. There is no single correct way to write a Legacy Letter.
You might include:

Advice or reassurance

Family stories

Something you never found the right moment to say

Thoughts for someone’s future

A message written entirely in your own words
Your words remain private.
Step 7 – Identify and Seal Every Letter
Clearly write the intended recipient’s full name on the outside of every individual Legacy envelope.
This allows us to match each sealed letter to the correct recipient record.
You do not need to write the recipient’s full postal address on the envelope because addresses may change over time.
Place each message into its correct Legacy envelope and seal it according to the instructions supplied.
EverSealed does not open or read the letter.
Step 8 – Return the Letters
Place all completed Legacy envelopes into the secure outer return packaging supplied by EverSealed.
Attach the prepaid return label to the outer package and return it according to the instructions provided.
If you have prepared several letters, they can all be returned in the same package.
Step 9 – We Register and Preserve Them
When the package arrives, each sealed letter is matched to its intended recipient record and registered under your EverSealed archive reference.
The letters are then placed into protected long-term physical storage.
Step 10 – Keep Your Information Current
Contact EverSealed if a recipient moves, their contact information changes or a verification contact needs to be replaced.
Please provide your order/reference number when requesting an update.
Step 11 – Update Your Letter if Life Changes
Your life may change, and the message you want to leave may change with it.
You can request the secure return or replacement of a stored Legacy Letter. Under the current service policy, a £9.99 handling and secure return fee applies.
Your preservation subscription remains active unless you separately request cancellation.

Step 12 – Future Verification
Legacy Letters are never released automatically.
When EverSealed receives information that the release process may need to begin, the required verification is carried out first.
Only after successful verification can the letters proceed to delivery.
Step 13 – Delivery to Each Recipient
Each letter and recipient is handled individually.
The sealed Legacy Letter is placed inside appropriate protective packaging and sent using the applicable tracked delivery service.
The recipient receives the physical message you prepared.
Your handwriting.
Your memories.
Your words.
Preserved until the moment they were meant to be received.
Which Service Is Right for You?
Choose a Writing Kit if:
You want beautiful materials for a personal handwritten letter that you will keep, give or post yourself.
There is no storage, subscription or return to EverSealed.
Choose a Time Capsule Letter if:
You know when you want your letter delivered and want EverSealed to preserve and dispatch it for you.
There is no monthly Legacy subscription.
Choose a Legacy Letter if:
You want to leave a private letter for someone important and have it preserved until the required future verification has been completed.
An ongoing monthly preservation subscription applies.
Your Letter Always Remains Yours
Whatever EverSealed service you choose, one principle remains the same:
We do not write your message for you. We do not read, scan or copy it. We do not decide what you should say.
Your letter is yours.
EverSealed’s role is to provide writing materials where applicable, preserve sealed correspondence when storage has been purchased, maintain the necessary delivery information and follow the correct process when the intended moment arrives.
