Return and Refund Policy

All purchases made through EverSealed are final.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All kit purchases (Basic, Premium, Memory Box, Family Legacy Box)
  • All subscription payments
  • Handling and return fees

The purchase price of each kit includes shipping costs. No additional shipping charges apply at checkout.

Letter Return or Replacement

Customers may request the return of their stored letter(s) or memory box at any time.

  • A £9.99 handling and secure shipping fee applies.
  • The request must be made via email to support@eversealed.co.uk.
  • The customer must provide their assigned reference number.

If the customer requests a replacement (to update or change the contents), the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

Subscription Cancellation

If the customer cancels their subscription:

  • All stored items will be returned securely.
  • A £9.99 handling and shipping fee applies.
  • No refunds will be issued for previous subscription payments.

No refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
