These Terms govern the use of EverSealed’s letter storage, scheduled delivery, and legacy preservation services.
By purchasing a product, subscription, or storage service from EverSealed, you agree to these Terms.
EverSealed provides secure preservation and controlled release services for sealed letters and memory boxes.
EverSealed offers two service types:
Time Capsule Letters
Letters scheduled for delivery on a selected future date.
Legacy Letters
Letters preserved for release after verified confirmation of death or another defined release condition.
EverSealed stores sealed items securely and releases them only when the specified delivery condition has been verified.
EverSealed does not open sealed letters and does not review their contents unless legally required.
Each stored item is assigned a unique reference number based on the customer’s order number.
This reference number is used for tracking, verification, replacement requests, return requests, and delivery management.
Customers must provide their reference number when contacting support regarding stored items.
Customers must provide between one (1) and five (5) verification contacts.

Time Capsule Letters are stored until the customer-selected delivery date.

Legacy Letters are preserved for release only after verification of death or another defined release condition.
Customers receive a Legacy Letter preservation kit that includes archival-quality materials for preparing their message.
Once completed, sealed letters must be returned to EverSealed using the provided return process.
Letters remain unopened and preserved in secure archival storage until release conditions are confirmed.
No stored letter or memory box will be released without reasonable verification of the defined release condition.

EverSealed reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary to prevent fraudulent release.
If subscription payments stop, EverSealed will:

Stored items remain in preservation storage:
Customers may request the secure return of stored letters or memory boxes at any time.
A £9.99 handling and secure shipping fee applies.
Customers must submit return requests by email and provide their reference number.
Customers may request replacement of stored letters at any time before release.
EverSealed will securely return the original sealed item and allow the customer to prepare a replacement message.
Replacement requests do not interrupt an active preservation subscription.

EverSealed accepts no liability for prohibited items placed inside stored materials.
If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts to contact recipients or authorised parties, EverSealed may retain records for administrative purposes and proceed according to secure confidential destruction procedures where necessary.
Stored items are preserved in controlled archival storage conditions designed to protect confidentiality and physical integrity.
Sealed letters remain unopened and protected using tamper-evident handling procedures.
EverSealed provides secure storage and controlled release services only.
EverSealed is not responsible for:
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased kit and any active subscription associated with the stored item.
EverSealed reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or operational necessity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
