Stored Letter Release or Verification Requests

If you are contacting us regarding the release of a stored EverSealed letter or memory item, please email support@eversealed.co.uk with the sender’s full name, your full name, your relationship to the sender, and any supporting information available.

Our team will guide you through the verification process.

For security reasons, stored items are only released after successful verification.

Recipient Address Updates

If a recipient has moved address before delivery, please contact support as early as possible with the sender name, order number if available, and the updated recipient details.

We will confirm once the update has been processed.

Subscription Enquiries

For help with billing questions, plan updates, cancellations, or account changes, please include your order number when contacting us.

Returning Your Sealed Letter Kit

If you are returning your sealed EverSealed letter kit to us, please contact support before sending your package so we can provide the correct return instructions.
