Subscription Overview

Ever Seated provides secure letter and memory box storage through a monthly subscription service.

Subscription fees apply based on the selected kit:

• Basic Envelope Kit: £9.99 per month
• Premium Envelope Kit: £12.99 per month
• Memory Box Kit: £14.99 per month
• Family Legacy Box: £17.99 per month

The subscription is purchased in addition to the Starter Kit at checkout. It becomes active immediately and renews monthly on the same calendar day.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Ever Seated via email and providing their reference number.

Upon cancellation:

• All stored letters or memory boxes will be returned securely to the customer.
• A handling and secure return fee of £9.99 applies.
• The subscription will terminate once items have been returned.

Letter Return or Replacement Without Cancellation

Customers may request the return of their stored letters or memory box at any time without cancelling their subscription.

• A £9.99 handling and secure shipping fee applies.
• The subscription will continue uninterrupted.
• Customers may modify or replace letters and return them for continued storage.

No Refund Policy

All purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable.

• Kit purchase fees are non-refundable.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Return and handling fees are non-refundable.

Failed Payments

If subscription payments fail, Ever Seated will attempt to contact the customer using registered contact details.

Storage services may be suspended if payment cannot be collected.

Letters or memory boxes will not be released without verified identity and proper authorization.
