About John Bernath
John Bernath, MSc, MBACP
Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor
John is an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). He is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
His professional background includes supporting adults with anxiety, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, major life changes and other personal or emotional concerns.
John offers a private, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and explore what you are experiencing at your own pace.
Independent from EverSealed
Counselling sessions are provided independently by John Bernath.
EverSealed provides access to the booking service but does not itself provide counselling or psychotherapy.
John does not take part in EverSealed's letter storage, Legacy verification or release decisions as part of the counselling service.
Booking or not booking a session has no effect on the storage, delivery or future release of an EverSealed letter.

Information discussed during your consultation does not become part of your EverSealed customer account, letter order or stored correspondence record.
Professional confidentiality is subject to the counsellor's applicable ethical, legal and safeguarding obligations.
