How it works

• Write your letter at home using your own paper and pen.
• Place it into an envelope.
• Write the recipient’s name and address clearly on the front, if already known.
• Seal the envelope.
• Write your own name across the back flap of the sealed envelope.
• Place it into a second outer envelope.
• Post the outer envelope to us.
• We safely keep it and send it on the selected future date.

Choosing your date

If you select a special date, such as a birthday or anniversary, please allow for normal postal timing.

• We prepare dispatch based on the selected delivery timing.
• Friday is the final postal dispatch day of the week.
• Letters posted on Friday will usually arrive on Saturday.
• There is no regular Sunday delivery.
• If Saturday delivery does not happen, arrival may take place on Monday.

For important occasions, we recommend keeping this in mind when choosing your preferred delivery date.

Reference Number

Your order number is also your Reference Number.
