Once received, your Legacy Letters are stored in controlled archive conditions designed for long-term preservation. Letters remain sealed and unread at all times. EverSealed never opens customer messages.

Each letter is registered under your unique archive reference number to ensure accurate long-term storage and future delivery handling.

Verification contacts protect your delivery

Each Legacy Letter requires at least one verification contact, and you may assign up to five trusted verification contacts.

These contacts help confirm your passing when the time comes and prevent accidental, early, or unauthorised delivery.

Letters are released only after the required verification process has been completed.

Delivery only when verified

Legacy Letters are never released automatically, never released early, and never released without proper confirmation.

Once verification is completed, EverSealed delivers the sealed letters only to the recipient or recipients you have specified according to your stored delivery instructions.

Important subscription information

Your purchase includes the first month of secure archival protection.

After the first month, protected storage continues as a monthly archive subscription of £14.99 per month. This subscription supports long-term preservation, archive maintenance, verification readiness, and future delivery handling.

The subscription renews automatically each month using your selected payment method.

If a subscription becomes inactive and we cannot reach you directly, EverSealed may attempt to contact your assigned verification contacts to help protect delivery continuity and archive integrity.

Return and secure preservation

After completing your letters, simply return them following the preparation guidance included in your set. Once received, your letters are catalogued and preserved securely until the verified release condition has been confirmed.
