The EverSealed Time Capsule Letter allows you to write a real handwritten letter today and have it delivered on the future date you choose.

Whether the letter is for yourself, your child, your partner, a future anniversary, birthday, graduation, wedding day, retirement, or another important milestone, your words remain sealed, protected, and untouched until the selected moment arrives.

When Does the Preservation Period Begin?

The selected preservation period begins on the date your order is placed.

For example, if you purchase a 1 Year Time Capsule on 15 July 2026, the letter will be scheduled for dispatch around 15 July 2027.

Please return your sealed letter to EverSealed as soon as possible. Delays in sending your letter to us do not extend the selected preservation period or change the scheduled dispatch date.

Please Read Carefully Before Ordering

This Time Capsule service does not include a writing kit, letter paper, envelope, pen, or EverSealed Security Seal.

You must prepare and seal your own handwritten letter before sending it to EverSealed.

You may use your paper and envelope or purchase an EverSealed Writing Kit separately from our Products or Writing Kits collection.

After you place your order, we will send a prepaid return postage label to the email address you used. You will need to print the label and use it to send your letter to us.

Do not attach the return label directly to the sealed envelope intended for the future recipient.

Place the sealed recipient letter inside a separate outer envelope or suitable protective mailing package. Attach the prepaid return label only to this outer packaging.

The outer packaging is used only to return the letter safely to EverSealed. It will not be stored or sent to the future recipient.

How It Works

Place your Time Capsule order and choose a delivery option of 1, 3, 5, or 10 years, or select a custom future date.
Provide the recipient’s name, future postal address, and any other required delivery details during your order.
Write your letter privately using your paper and envelope, or use an EverSealed Writing Kit purchased separately.
Seal the letter that is intended for the future recipient.
Clearly write your Order Number on the sealed recipient envelope. Your Order Number also serves as your EverSealed Reference Number.
Place the sealed recipient envelope inside a separate outer envelope or protective mailing package.
Please print the prepaid return label that we sent you by email and attach it only to the outer packaging.
Please send the package to EverSealed using the return instructions provided with your label.
When your package arrives, we remove the sealed recipient letter from the outer packaging, register it under your reference number, and place it into secure storage.
When the scheduled time arrives, we send the original sealed letter to the recipient using the latest delivery details connected to your order.

Secure Preservation

Your sealed letter is stored in our secure archival facility inside a protected, fire-resistant storage cabinet.

It remains unopened, confidential, physically protected, and untouched until the scheduled release date.

We store the sealed recipient envelope itself, not the outer mailing package used to send it to us.

Need to Update Your Details?

Life changes, and addresses may change over time.

If the recipient’s name, postal address, or contact details change before dispatch, you can request an authorised update using your Order Number, which also serves as your EverSealed Reference Number.

Please submit any changes early enough for us to update your records before we prepare the letter for dispatch.

Delivery Information

EverSealed prepares and dispatches the letter based on the delivery information connected to your order.

We cannot guarantee an exact postal arrival day because delivery may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, postal delays, or other circumstances outside EverSealed’s control.

For this reason, your selected date is treated as the preferred delivery date, and we schedule dispatch as carefully as possible around it.
